All merchandise is guaranteed for 30 DAYS from original date of purchase. Some merchandise is also guaranteed with a manufacturer’s warranty, which will be included with the packaged item.

The returned item must be accompanied with your receipt and/or order number.

No returns sent COD will be accepted.

Opened items such as rawhides, chews and gourmet treats cannot be returned.

Your credit card account will be refunded within 7 business days of receipt of your return.

Most items can be exchanged for same amount; like merchandise or credit may be applied. Please Note: We cannot exchange items unless they are defective, damaged or wrong size.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

No merchandise can be shipped to a post office box.

Standard Shipping: Items shipped via U.P.S. Most packages should arrive on your doorstep in 3-7 business days.

Guaranteed Christmas Delivery for Standard Shipping: Orders must be received by Cha Chi And Friends Petstuff,Inc. no later than December 16th. Additional shipping charges may apply.
